Miami, Florida, Aug. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Space-Eyes, Inc. ("Space-Eyes"), a provider of AI-driven geospatial intelligence and counter-unmanned aerial systems, today announced that retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Jim Reese, Professor Harbir Singh, aerospace and defense entrepreneur Norm Christensen, and investment banking executive Terry Meguid are expected to join the post-combination board of directors following the company's proposed business combination with McKinley Acquisition Corp.

Reese brings 25 years of U.S. Army experience, including assignments with the 75th Ranger Regiment and the special mission unit commonly known as Delta Force, combat deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq, and service as lead adviser for Special Operations to the Director of the CIA following the September 11 attacks. He later founded the global security and stability consultancy TigerSwan.
